Learn how to permanently delete your NeighborlyOne account and all associated data.

Delete via App (Recommended)

  1. 1Open the Nei One app
  2. 2Go to "Profile"
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm the deletion

Delete via Email

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account.

⚠️ Important

Once your account is deleted, all associated data (profile, business information, coupons, rewards) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
